README :

If your system is Pentium Pro using 82441fx/82442fx chipset,
and using MVGA-CL5446P,PV-CL5446P+/PI/PII VGA Card in this system.

Please install the 440fix.exe file on the disk #1 into your system,
the procedure is as following.
       
       C:\>D:
       D:\>CD \CL5446.140\FIX440
       D:\CL5446.140\FIX440>INSTALL
then reboot your system.
